{"id":2027,"date":"2024-03-22T08:53:22","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T07:53:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/handbook.kanco2.no\/?p=2027"},"modified":"2024-08-09T14:53:27","modified_gmt":"2024-08-09T12:53:27","slug":"ccus-i-nederland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/handbook.kanco2.no\/en\/ccus-i-nederland\/","title":{"rendered":"CC(U)S in the Nederlands"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>22. mars 2024 hadde KAN m\u00f8te med AVR, et selskap i Nederland som har spesialisert seg p\u00e5 behandling av ulike typer restavfall som de omdanner til energi og r\u00e5varer for husholdninger og bedrifter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5let med m\u00f8tet var \u00e5 l\u00e6re mer om AVR sitt arbeid, om CCS i Nederland, og om hvordan AVR mener virkemidler treffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f8tet med AVR viste oss et eksempel p\u00e5 en vellykket st\u00f8tteordning, der Nederlands OPEX-st\u00f8tte har bidratt til at ARV allerede har ferdigstilt ett prosjekt og planlegger et til. Videre fremhevet m\u00f8tet behovet for \u00e5 arbeide for felles, dokumenterte standarder for rapportering av utslipp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>ARV har vurdert to m\u00e5ter \u00e5 registrere utslipp: 1. registrere p\u00e5 bunnen av pipen f\u00f8r karbonfangstprosessen og p\u00e5 toppen etter fangstprosessen, 2. M\u00e5le alle utslipp p\u00e5 toppen av pipen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>AVR trakk frem at det er en inkonsistens i regulatoriske standarder, ved at CC-standarder ikke ser p\u00e5 \u00e5 fjerne andre utslipp enn karbon. Det er utfordrende at det ikke eksisterer felles standarder for registrering av andre utslipp, spesielt .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Merk: I Nederland har de OPEX-st\u00f8tte for CCUS-anlegg. Blant ordningene som&nbsp;gir finansiering til&nbsp;pilot-\/demonstrasjonsprosjekter er DEI+&nbsp;Scheme&nbsp;og TSE Industry Studies. Til sammen forvalter disse ordningene ca. 34 MEUR i st\u00f8tte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordningen SDE++ fungerer som differansekontrakter, som gir b\u00e6rekraftige energiprosjekter (inkludert CCS) et tilskudd som tilsvarer forskjellen mellom markedsverdien av produktet (for CCS \u2013 ETS prisen p\u00e5 CO<sub>2<\/sub>) og produksjonskostnadene. I motsetning til andre differansekontrakter trenger ikke selskaper subsidiert av SDE++ \u00e5 betale tilbake noen positiv forskjell mellom produksjonskostnadene og markedsprisen, dersom den sistnevnte skulle overstige kostnadene.
